Sometimes it’s hard just to get out and run. Last night my 3 mile run was rough. It was hot, I was tired and for some reason, I chose the route that ended with an uphill. Duh!

But, in the end, I’m glad I went for a run and continue to build my mileage.
The Disneyland Half is on it’s way!

Next run should be tomorrow, after kick boxing and then my long run on Sunday. I can DO this!
