Here’s my weekly work-out round-up!
Saturday – Body Pump Class + 2 mile run
Sunday – 6 mile long run
Monday – Hot Power Yoga – hour and a half
Tuesday – Teach Ballet – 3 hours
Wednesday – 6 mile walk with BFF
Thursday – 3.12 mile run
Friday – REST DAY!
