Hi everyone! I can’t believe this week is over already. I feel like it flew by and I can’t remember what happened. But, I can remember all the workouts I did! HA!

Saturday – 1 hour U-Jam class
Sunday – 7 mile run
Monday – Rest
Tuesday – Teaching ballet – 3 hours
Wednesday – Vinyasa yoga – 1 hour
Thursday – 4 mile run
Friday – Abs & Arms (triceps…yowza)

Felt really good this week! Also, not totally looking forward to the darkness coming so early, which means I have to get on a treadmill soon…ack! See my post about my treadmill fears here:
