Had some great workouts this week!
Saturday – 9 mile run – Felt really great!
Sunday – 3 mile run
Monday – Rest Day
Tuesday – Teach ballet for 3 hours
Wednesday – 1 hour Vinyasa Yoga
Thursday – 3.4 mile run – discovered the new photo addition to the Nike+ app! Love it 🙂
Friday – Abs and Arms
Looking forward to the 510k tomorrow!
